Some of my very old icons and some of my new works that I'm quite proud of.
These are all from an icon challenge in my very first landcomm nine years ago, where the challenge was to make icons from given screencaps. I had no idea what an icon was, what it was for and how to make it, so I basically just cut out some part of the cap I found interesting, dumped some effects onto it (I think I used paint.net at that point), maybe put some text and called it a day. The end result was truly amazing. :D
I know I'm comparing apples to oranges here, but I'm not too big on icon making these days, so I'm putting some of the tumblr graphics and wallpapers I made recently that I really like. I'm especially proud of that last tumblr graphic, that was my first time trying this technique and it worked so well.
